In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we would like to inform you that we process the following personal data:
- first name and surname
- company name
- email address
- telephone number
Why do we process these personal data?
The reason is what the GDPR calls the Controller’s “legitimate interest”. In our case, this specifically means:
- contacting you and responding to your message
- preparing a one-off quotation for our services when you express an interest
- keeping records of prospective clients and, where appropriate, contacting them with further offers from the Controller as part of direct marketing (primarily to build lasting relationships, without unwanted messages)
The Controller will process these data for a maximum of 10 years.
Who has access to your data?
Personal data are processed by the Controller and its employees to the extent necessary for their work. Other providers of processing software, services and applications may also process personal data on behalf of the Controller, although the Controller does not currently use such providers.
Your rights
Under data protection legislation, you have the right to:
- ask us which of your personal data we process
- request access to these data and have them updated, corrected or transferred to another controller
- request erasure of these personal data or restriction of their processing
- object to the processing of your personal data (in the case of direct marketing, your data may then no longer be used for that purpose)
- contact us or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you have concerns about compliance with personal data processing obligations
