Design and modifications
Every product starts with a digital 3D model. Sometimes we start from historical or architectural models, sometimes we design a motif from scratch.
We modify the model so that it is ideally suited to 3D printing – we pay attention to details, stability and overall appearance.
Testing and prototyping
Before the final version is created, we try different printing variants.
Each product goes through several tests and prototypes to help us find the best combination of material, setup and appearance.
This is the stage where we’re fine-tuning every millimeter.
Precision 3D printing
After the approval of the proposal comes the actual printing. We use carefully selected material, the most suitable for the product and the conditions in which it will be used (e.g. PLA – biodegradable plastic based on corn starch).
Printing can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day, depending on the complexity.
Cleaning and finishing
After printing, the support structures that help maintain the shape during printing need to be removed.
This is followed by hand cleaning and any minor adjustments to make the model beautifully clean and ready for handover.
Inspection and packaging
Finally, we check and hand-wrap each piece.
Now the 3D printed souvenir product is ready to come to you.
